Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program launches partnerships at the inaugural Conference of the Americas on International Education
November 08, 2010 - Twenty-nine representatives from post-secondary institutions visited Canada in late October at the invitation of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT). They were here under the banner of the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (ELAP), a major scholarships initiative supported by the Department.
