Winner of Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program meets Ambassador of Canada
February 08, 2011 - Miss Vivian Guillen, winner of the scholarship offered by the Emerging Leaders of the Americas Program (ELAP), met Todd Kuiack, Ambassador of Canada to the Dominican Republic. Miss Vivian Guillen is an Economics undergraduate at INTEC University of Santo Domingo and spent a semester at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
