Competition Open for Young Professionals from sub-Saharan Africa: African Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship Program

September 8, 2015 – The 2016 Competition of the African Leaders of Tomorrow (ALT) Scholarship Program is now open to young professionals from all of sub-Saharan Africa to study in Canada. The program grants scholarships to young African women and men to pursue a Master’s degree in public administration, public policy or public finance at a Canadian university.

Created in honour of the late Nelson Mandela, the ALT Scholarship Program is jointly funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and The MasterCard Foundation and managed by the Canadian Bureau for International Education in collaboration with The Institute of Public Administration of Canada.
