The program offers scholarships for study or research, at the Master’s or PhD level, leading to a degree from a university in an OAS member state .
Canadian citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply. The scholarship is tenable for one academic year, which must begin between January 2024 and December 2024.

- Target audiences: Canadian citizens or permanent residents
- Duration: One (1) academic year, with a possibility to renew the scholarship once for a total of two (2) academic years
- Value: USD 10,000 (maximum) per academic year
- Inclusions: Airfare, tuition fees, mandatory expenses, monthly allowance, medical insurance and annual book allowance
